I still haven't received my order:
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day from Melbourne, Australia. Over 99% of orders make their destination however some do go missing. Please check our shipping page for delivery timeframes. If your order is outside of these timeframes please get in contact with us through the 'Contact Us' page.

Can I exchange or refund?
